CollisionEye®
MORE SAFETY FOR EMERGENCY VEHICLES
Motorways and dual carriageways are key traffic arteries that are used by millions of vehicles every day. However, safety on these roads is a constant challenge. There is a particular danger for emergency services and breakdown services working on or alongside these roads. This is where the innovative CollisionEye® system comes in, using artificial intelligence to recognise collision hazards at an early stage and thus protect lives.
Traffic risks
Risk factors of approaching traffic at roadworks and job sites: High speeds, distractions due to fatigue or mobile phone use and unpredictable traffic conditions are among the main causes of serious accidents on motorways and dual carriageways
Features
PATENTED DECISION ALGORITHMS
With patented motion detection and AI functions based on neural networks (deep learning), the system analyses incoming images in real time. It precisely distinguishes between other road users and static objects and uses integrated algorithms to predict their future movements.
ROBUST AI DETECTION SOFTWARE
Our reliable warning solution is based on powerful detection software that has been developed over six years and trained with countless images. It provides a precise digital image of the environment and thus enables maximum safety.

Features
Accident prevention: The reduction in rear-end collisions, particularly with HGVs that overlook breakdown or emergency vehicles on motorways, significantly reduces the risk of injuries and fatalities.
Early detection: warning time can be set up to 5 seconds before a possible collision.
Plug & Play: Within seconds of an emergency vehicle stopping, the system automatically defines a virtual safety corridor.
Timely warning: By immediately activating warning signals – horn, rotating light and mobile personal radio – CollisionEye® gives personnel sufficient time to get to safety, e.g. behind the crash barrier.
Safe AI-based analysis: A camera captures the surroundings and the AI recognises dangerous vehicle trajectories.
